We stand behind NATTY Organics and want you to feel confident trying it. That’s why we offer a 45-day refund policy for your first order only. You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and some portion of the order must remain unused. This policy applies only to your very first order with NATTY Organics.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. A $5 fee will be deducted from your refund to partially cover return shipping costs. Initial shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Important: Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

We offer free exchanges if you need a different product, subject to availability. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference will apply.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. We also do not cancel subscriptions manually for customers. Instead, we offer an always-available, easy-to-use account portal where you can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time with just a few clicks.
